Do I need to download an app?
No. Stomp works in any browser on your phone. You can add it to your home screen for quick access, but there is nothing to install from the App Store or Play Store.
Is Stomp free for customers?
Yes, always. Stomp is completely free for customers. You will never be charged for using the basic functionalities of the wallet, earning rewards, or redeeming offers.
How do I earn loyalty stamps or points?
Automatically when you pay through Stomp. If you pay with cash, the store staff can add your stamps or points manually using their Staff App.
Where is Stomp available?
Stomp is launching in Canada and India. We are growing quickly, so if your favorite local spot is not on Stomp yet, tell them about us.
What happens to my rewards if a store closes?
Your earned rewards stay in your wallet. If a store closes or leaves Stomp, any unredeemed rewards will be honored during a transition period.
