We use Razorpay and Stripe to move money securely. Their processing fees (typically around 2%) are absorbed by Stomp and already included in your 4% rate. You never see a separate processor charge.

Pricing & Payments

What exactly is the 4% fee?
When a customer pays through Stomp (via QR code or payment link), we take a flat 4% from that transaction. This covers the entire cost of the Stomp platform and all payment processing fees. If no payment happens through Stomp, you pay nothing.
Are payment processing fees really included?
Yes. The 4% covers everything — Stomp's platform fee and Razorpay's processing fee (approximately 2% for cards and UPI). You will never see a separate charge from Razorpay on your transactions.
Which payment processors do you use?
We use Razorpay in India and Stripe internationally. Both are industry-leading payment infrastructure providers — reliable, fast, and built for scale. Regardless of which processor handles your transactions, the rate is the same flat 4% with no additional charges.
Can I use Stomp without payment processing?
You can list your store on the Stomp Discover page for free — helping nearby customers find you. However, most platform features like loyalty programs, automations, and customer insights require payments to be processed through Stomp.
Are there any hidden fees?
None. No monthly fees, no setup costs, no per-customer charges, no cancellation penalties, and no separate Razorpay fees. The 4% flat rate is the only fee — everything is included.
How do payouts work?
Payouts go from Razorpay directly to your bank account. Settlement is typically 2–3 business days, depending on your payment method.
Do my customers pay any fees?
Never. Stomp is free for customers — no app to download, no subscriptions, no transaction fees on their end.
